Quality Assurance
"Excellence in Training & Development"
This excellence in reflected in our day to day conduct. Honesty, compassion, tolerance, courtesy and determination are values which are implicit in our work and relationships. By our attitudes we strive to promote a company in which everyone, staff and all customers, feels involved, supported, valued and satisfied.
Learners are the foundation of our company and in dealing with each person we endeavour to:
• Give every learner the opportunity to make choices with regard to their learning and qualification programs in order that they may achieve their full potential;
• Treat every learner with respect, courtesy, tolerance and sensitivity;
• Avoid prejudice on such matters as religion, race, family background, appearance;
• Not compromise individual rights to confidentiality (subject to legal and regulatory disclosure regulations);
• Provide a healthy and safe workplace;
• Achieve a consistently high standard of training and development: vocational, academic and pastoral;
• Make learning interesting and enjoyable;
• Praise achievements and offer criticism only in a constructive manner, avoiding offence and recrimination.
