Apprentices and students are the foundation of our company and in dealing with each person we will give everyone the opportunity to make choices with regard to their learning and qualification programmes in order that they may achieve their full potential; treat everyone with respect, courtesy, tolerance and sensitivity; avoid prejudice on such matters as religion, race, family background, appearance; not compromise individual rights to confidentiality (subject to legal and regulatory disclosure regulations); strive to provide a healthy and safe work place; aim to achieve a consistently high standard of training and development; make learning interesting and enjoyable; and praise achievements and offer criticism only in a constructive manner, avoiding offence and recrimination.
