Training for Success North Down Training Ltd provides training under the Department for Employment & Learning (DEL) Training for Success programme. Young people aged 16-24 can enrol on a Level 2 Apprenticship programme in Business & Administration, Catering & Hospitality, Distribution & Warehousing or in Retail Skills. The Level 2 Apprenticeship programme offers paid training and development opportunities with employers in the Ards, Castlereagh and North Down Borough Council areas. Employees in the Apprenticship programme will work towards NVQ and Technical Certificate qualifications and be able to develop their Essential Skills in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT.
