Training for Success North Down Training Ltd provides training, assessment and employment opportunities through the Apprenticeship NI and Training for Success programmes. The Apprenticeship NI programme is open to people of all ages who are in work for at least 21 hours per week with one employer. Apprentices may enrol on programmes in Business & Administration, Catering & Hospitality, Warehousing & Storage or in Retail Skills. The Level 2 Apprenticeship programme offers paid training and development opportunities with employers in the Ards, Castlereagh and North Down Borough Council areas. Employees in the Apprenticeship programme will work towards NVQ and Technical Certificate qualifications and be able to develop their Essential Skills in Literacy, Numeracy and ILT.
